Beautiful hand-made paper tassel garland is a great way to add a pop of color to your celebration! Comes already assembled and ready to hang!
ORDER PREDESIGNED COLOR COMBO OR YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR OWN COLORS! If you choose custom colors, please add them in the personalization area with up to 5 colors!
The garland already comes on twine and assembles, however please note that wrinkles are totally normal and occur during shipping! We recommend taking the garland out of the box and hanging it if you are ordering way ahead of time. This is a hand-made product, please note that minor imperfections may occur!

Standard Shipping Procedures
Most orders are currently being processed within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing times. The orders are shipped 5 days a week Monday through Friday. We ship USPS Media Mail (2-5 day service).
Once processed, packages will ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX via United States Postal Service(USPS) via Media Mail (2-5 days). You will receive an email from our shop with the information when your package has been shipped, the expected arrival date and tracking number. We cannot be responsible for transit times of the United States Postal Service.
As soon as the package is in possession of USPS, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time as we do not have any control over the shipping systems and cannot predict any possible unforeseen delays. We strongly recommend ordering your garland kit as soon as possible to ensure timely arrival.
WOW Party Art is not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages and delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information input by the customer. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with any issues.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
