Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Procedures

Most orders are currently being processed within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing times. The orders are shipped 5 days a week Monday through Friday. We ship USPS First Class Mail (2-5 day service). If you need to upgrade your shipping preference, please choose the desired upgrade in your cart at checkout!

Once processed, packages will ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX via United States Postal Service(USPS) via First Class Mail (2-5 days). You will receive an email from our shop with the information when your package has been shippedthe expected arrival date and tracking number. We cannot be responsible for transit times of the United States Postal Service. 

As soon as the package is in possession of USPS, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time as we do not have any control over the shipping systems and cannot predict any possible unforeseen delays. We strongly recommend ordering your garland kit as soon as possible to ensure timely arrival. 

WOW Party Art is not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages and delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information input by the customer. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with any issues. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Cancellations

We do accept order cancellations! Please request a cancellation before your order is shipped otherwise we won’t be able to guarantee the cancellation! 

Returns & exchanges 

Not accepting any returns or exchanges. Please contact us right away if you have any problems with your order!

***Care and package instructions***

**CHOKING HAZARD** Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. This is a general reminder when using balloons for the safety of all persons and pets. Use responsibly.

Do balloons arrive blown up?

The balloons are shipped deflated (without air or helium inside). Unfortunately, balloons cannot be shipped inflated due to the shipping restrictions.

Oxidizing, Sunlight and Heat Exposure and Visible Defects

All balloons will oxidize under exposure to oxygen and sunlight and will turn matte or loose shine. Please note, that while we use professional balloons from reputable brands, balloons can still pop for no visible reason.

Holes, frays and slight discolorations on the nubs are completely normal and do not affect the performance of the balloons.

Helium Inflation

Our 11” and 19” balloons can be filled with helium. Unfortunately, 5” balloons won’t be able to float if filled with helium! Please use 100% helium and inflate to a correct size to achieve the best floating time results.
