Please note that this is hand made item and minor imperfections are to be expected.
All decals are DIE-CUT, there's NO BACKGROUND! Every sticker sign comes with an adhesive transfer tape for you to safely transfer it to the backdrop. We also include a scraper and glue dots for easier application.
WORKS BEST on smooth surfaces such as foam, plastic, wood, metal, glass, etc! POSSIBLE to apply to fabric and other soft materials, however we cannot guarantee as the quality of fabric varies!
MOCK UPS, PREVIEWS AND PROOFS:
We DO NOT provide proofs before or upon shipping unless a customer specifically and explicitly requests so in the order notes to seller or personalization box at checkout. IF YOU ASK FOR A PREVIEW, please keep in mind that it might delay your package as it adds additional time to our processing!
APPLICATION:
We provide a QR code with every order that leads to a tutorial video! Please review the video to avoid any issues with applying your order! If you cannot find the QR code in your package, PLEASE REACH OUT!

Standard Shipping Procedures
Most orders are currently being processed within 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing times. The orders are shipped 5 days a week Monday through Friday. We ship USPS Media Mail (2-5 day service). If you need to upgrade your shipping preference, please choose the desired upgrade in your cart at checkout!
Once processed, packages will ship from our warehouse in Houston, TX via United States Postal Service(USPS) via Media Mail (2-5 days). You will receive an email from our shop with the information when your package has been shipped, the expected arrival date and tracking number. We cannot be responsible for transit times of the United States Postal Service.
As soon as the package is in possession of USPS, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time as we do not have any control over the shipping systems and cannot predict any possible unforeseen delays. We strongly recommend ordering your garland kit as soon as possible to ensure timely arrival.
WOW Party Art is not responsible for any lost, held, or damaged packages and delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information input by the customer. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with any issues.
